Your Opportunity The Community Engagement Lead plays a key role in driving Stantec’s global community engagement strategy. This role serves as an ambassador for corporate philanthropy, employee engagement, and community impact, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned with business priorities, brand, and employee experience. Working closely with senior leadership, regional teams, and external partners, the Community Engagement Lead oversees global programs, partnerships, and funding strategies—from concept through execution—while driving operational excellence, governance, and data-driven insights. This role combines strategic leadership, program management, and storytelling to amplify Stantec’s impact in the communities where we live and work.
