As a Dental clinic receptionist your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with dentists, dental assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized. A few specific duties: - Patient scheduling and confirmation - Dental health records - Maintaining patient accounts - Insurance eligibility - Direct customer service - General housekeeping and maintain office stock levels as needed.
