About the Role The Home Aide at Purpose Care Home Health plays a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position focuses on assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders, to promote independence and improve quality of life. Through attentive observation and communication, the aide will identify any changes in the client’s condition and report them promptly to the appropriate medical personnel.
