Striive is seeking a proactive and collaborative Finance Manager to provide both strategic and operational leadership across the finance function. In this newly established and pivotal position, you will support Striive’s mission by ensuring strong financial sustainability, maintaining compliance with Australian accounting standards, and deliver insightful financial analysis to guide decision making throughout the organisation. About the Role: As the Finance Manager, you will oversee every aspect of financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger management. You will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, produce accurate and timely financial reports, and deliver detailed analysis to support strategic initiatives. Your knowledge and expertise will help to uphold strong internal controls, ensure statutory compliance, and drive ongoing improvement within the finance team.
