Come join the team at The Village at Willow Crossings in Mansfield, MA!! We are looking for a compassionate HHA to join our team for Part time and Per Diem! As a Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. Requirements: As a community associate at Benchmark, you will have access to a variety of benefits including, but not limited to, the following: *Eligibility may vary by employment status - Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. - Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. - Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. - Other duties as needed. - Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required - Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required - Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired - 8 holidays & 3 floating holidays - Discounted Meal Program - Paid Training & Company-provided Un...
