Job Summary : Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all functions related to health information, including medical records, coding, clinical documentation, data integrity, and privacy. This role ensures the accuracy, accessibility, security, and governance of patient information across the organization The Director partners closely with clinical, financial, and IT leaders to support high quality care, operational efficiency, and organizational compliance. The Privacy Officer is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s privacy program. Essential Job Duties: Supervises and performs evaluations of Coding/Clinical Documentation Manager, Health Information Supervisor, Transcription Liaison, Patient Record Analyst, Patient Record Analyst- Physician Orders, and Secretary. Coordinates activities of personnel engaged in analyzing, coding, clinical documentation, release of information. outsourced transcription and indexing of patient health information.
