Introduction The EUV Factory develops, builds, and tests the most advanced lithography systems before they move to customer sites. The team focuses on improving system performance and supporting operational excellence across all production activities. A key challenge is increasing the accuracy and transparency of Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) data, which strongly influences machine availability and service efficiency. Today’s MTTR data contains timestamp gaps, inconsistent logging practices, and limited visibility into real-life repair execution. This internship helps the team understand these gaps and propose improvements that support reliable and predictable service actions. Your assignment: In this internship, you explore how MTTR data is captured, how service actions take place on the factory floor, and how both can be better aligned. You work closely with engineers and technicians to understand how operational behavior translates into data.
