About the role As a SaaS Implementation Consultant – Life Sciences , you will act as both a business consultant and expert advisor, guiding customers through the implementation lifecycle of Binocs. This AI-driven solution optimizes scheduling and planning for QC laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy facilities, transforming complex workflows into streamlined, data-driven processes. Your mission will be to deliver tailored configurations that integrate seamlessly into the customer’s business environment, driving measurable impact and long-term success. In this role, you will: Analyse and Understand Business Processes: Prepare, lead, and follow up on customer workshops to uncover current set-up (business and dataflow), value expectations, and current ways of working. Dive deep into the operational workflows of laboratories and supply chains, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity with business-savvy Binocs configuration. Design and Configure Solutions: Collaborate with the Solution Team to translate business challenges into actionable Binocs solutions that align with the customer’s goals.
