The Lead Spray Technician is responsible for the safe, effective, and timely application of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other turfgrass products across all golf course playing surfaces and landscaped areas. This role leads spray operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports overall turf health and course conditions. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and execute all chemical and fertilizer applications for greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and ornamental areas Calibrate, maintain, and operate spray equipment to ensure accurate application rates Mix and apply products in accordance with label directions, safety standards, and environmental regulations Maintain detailed application records including product usage, rates, weather conditions, and target areas Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pesticide regulations Maintain inventory of all chemicals: Train and supervise spray technicians...
