We are seeking a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to support our Outpatient Mental Health and Drug & Alcohol program in Coal Township, PA. Pay rate: $70-90/hour depending on experience Shift: Flexible two days (10-16 hours) per week Monday-Friday. Position Details: The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will assess, plan, develop, coordinate and provide psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation for individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities. The PMHNP works in conjunction with all team members and Merakey internal supports and Inter-agency teams. The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner will: - Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations (CBE’s) of Merakey clients referred for psychiatric treatment. - Provide medication appointments, prescriptions and monitoring. - Maintain complete, timely and appropriate documentation in clinical records and electronic health record for clients served. - Complete all applications and credentialing information for Merakey...
