Job Summary: Diagnoses and completes less complex repairs to engines at the customer’s site. We are looking for a talented Field Service Diesel Technician/Mechanic (Greenstone) to join our Distribution business in (Thunder Bay, ON). 14/14 days/nights rotation Will make an impact in the following ways: - Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop - Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools - Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles - Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies - Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products - Maintain own tools In order to be successful in this role you will need the following: work at customer site and provide oem repairs to customer equipment when no Cummins work is ongoing. travel and accomodations is provided 14/14 days/nights rotation - Completes complex internal engine repairs - Performs engine overhauls unassisted - Detailed understanding of the aftertreatment system and components - Proficient experience with engine diagnostic software Education, Licenses, Certifications: Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred) Vocational diploma from relevant technical institutio...
