Description Maytronics, a global innovator in automatic pool robotics and the parent company of the Dolphin® brand, is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager for our Piedmont, SC location. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to join our team. The Warehouse Site Manager leads day-to-day warehouse operations, fostering a strong safety culture while ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution. This role is accountable for meeting and exceeding operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement, and developing front-line leaders. The position supports a 7-day operation serving both Retail (B2B) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels. This is an on-site, hands-on leadership role; during a typical day, the Site Manager spends more than 50% of their time on the floor overseeing execution.
