Full time Assistant Director of Nursing l 40 hours/week l 10:00am - 7:00pm l Leader On Duty Weekend rotation (every 6th weekend) Ecumen Lakeshore-The Fountains provides short-term rehab and post-hospital care for up to 60 patients in spacious, private rooms along the picturesque shore of Lake Superior. Nurses in the Fountains acquire a comprehensive skill set to include IV insertion and medication administration, lab draws, code response, complex wound care, advanced respiratory care and restorative nursing care in collaboration with the therapy team to support each patient’s journey to health. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing with implementing resident care policies, supervising the direct nursing staff, and establishing standards, goals, objectives to assist residents with achieving or maintaining their highest practicable level of physical, spiritual and psychosocial well-being.
