Location: Hayward,California,United States WIOA Career Coach – Hayward: Rubicon transforms East Bay communities by empowering individuals to break the cycle of poverty. The Career Coach, reporting to the AJCC Site Manager, is part of a dedicated team providing employment services to economically disadvantaged populations in Alameda County. The Career Coach will also work on grant projects, ensuring the successful implementation and achievement of project goals. This is a temporary (12 months) full-time, non-exempt position. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Case management/coaching and job placement: Individual responsibility for direct services to WIOA program participants including career assessments, service referrals, determination of program eligibility, coordination of individual training accounts, job referral and employment preparation services. Participate in employer recruitment events, job fairs, and networking events to support participants in their job search and placement efforts. - Workshop Facilitation: Effectively deliver employment readiness workshop topics including resume development, job search skills, career exploration, program information and eligibility sessions to parti...
