Real World Evidence Solutions Role Overview: The Associate Director, Solution and Delivery Lead (SDL) serves as a strategic, scientific, and delivery leader within Real World Evidence (RWE) Solutions. This role is accountable for shaping client strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex, multi-offering RWE engagements. The associate SDL acts as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to clients, partnering closely with internal teams to design and deliver impactful, tailored evidence solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead RWE solution strategy, selling, and delivery oversight for RWE engagements. Drive RWE sales and revenue growth within key accounts, identifying and advancing cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Build and sustain senior-level (typically HQ-level) client relationships beyond active engagements to support early positioning and pipeline development for priority assets. Ensure high-quality, profitable delivery of client projects, leveraging delivery ownership to build long-term client trust.
