Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs in accordance with submitted work orders - Perform general maintenance task including painting, landscaping and carpentry repairs - Perform preventative maintenance, reporting major repair and maintenance needs to Facilities Manager - Provide assistance with keeping the information in the maintenance software platform up to date - Complete independent projects - Assist Facilities Manager with project tracking and vendor management - Proactively identify and communicate to Maintenance Coordinator potential opportunities for maintenance projects - Assist in creating and scheduling preventive maintenance and service work orders - Perform building, equipment, grounds and system inspections to identify any issues - Meet and work with vendors to complete RFP's and projects. - Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks - Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards - Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES: - Customer Service Skills - Abi...
