Overview THE ROLE: The Analyst, Business Transformation will support the Business Transformation team on key strategic projects including populating project plan templates, Excel analysis, PowerPoint presentations, and organizing meetings with project teams and/or senior management. This position supports the business-critical projects that are directly owned and managed by the Business Transformation team, the team may also support cross-functional business projects that directly impact profitability, member experience, and/or sales of the company. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: • Provide project management support on strategic projects including developing project plans, Excel models, and PowerPoint presentations, and organizing meetings with project teams or senior management with increasing responsibility. • Assist leading project teams of key business partners required to deliver project objectives.• Provide financial and business analysis for projects and initiatives.• Lead detailed project plans to track and communicate progress to project teams/sponsors.• Manage project calls, meetings, schedules, and agendas. • Regularly update and provide reports to project sponsor, Director,...
