This role supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs to develop skills, confidence and independence through gardening and outdoor activities. You will deliver structured horticultural sessions, supporting residents to take part in activities such as planting, maintaining green spaces and caring for community gardens. These activities help build practical skills, teamwork and responsibility, supporting progression into volunteering, community participation and employment.
