This role is accountable for the delivery and evolution of secure, resilient, and customer‑centric onboarding platforms while driving engineering excellence, talent development, and alignment with enterprise architecture and risk standards. The leader will play a key role in advancing Wells Fargo’s AI strategy by enabling responsible and consistent adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle to improve productivity, quality, and speed of delivery.
