Aeronautics Fiscal Co-op Fall 2026 - ( 260003IK ) Description Position Summary: The MassDOT Aeronautics Division Finance Co-op will support the Aeronautics Finance Chief with a myriad of fiscal and budgeting projects and tasks, including: Documentation / review of existing & new protocols & processes. Encumbrance of funds, payment processing, grant processing, contract processing, etc. Assist with audit workpaper preparation and review as needed. Perform audit of Based Aircraft registered across the Commonwealth at 35 airports. Based Aircraft bi-annual reconciliation project. Assist in maintenance of Aircraft Registrations program. Participate in the Aircraft Registration process. Perform FAA reimbursement / funding requests initiated by airports / vendors . Duties and Responsibilities: Work with Finance team to manage the unit’s fiscal needs. Prepare documents for processing payments through the MOSAIC, Delphi & Project Info System. Encumber funds as needed to ensure proper payment of bills. Review and process vendor invoices. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
