Looking for hands-on outdoor work with room to grow? We’re hiring a Field Service Technician I to help maintain stormwater systems and manage vegetation at customer sites across the region. This is a great entry-level field role for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a team. What You’ll Do: - Perform maintenance and inspections on stormwater facilities - Assist with vegetation management and herbicide applications - Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, UTVs, spray equipment, and hand tools - Use mobile apps to complete safety briefings and daily reports - Communicate with customers and team members on job progress - Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures at all times - Travel to job sites (50–75%, including some overnight travel) What We’re Looking For: - High school diploma or equivalent - Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and terrain - Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety - Comfortable using basic technology (mobile apps, reporting tools) - Willing and able to travel regularly Nice to Have (Not Required): - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one) - Herbicide app...
