Your duties will include managing employee relations, facilitating the recruitment process, administering HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance on HR-related matters. You collaborate closely with members of the HR team to ensure policies and practices are efficiently delivered to employees. Additionally, you will handle employee records and provide excellent support to employee relations measures.
