Firmwide Financial Controller - Equities - Analyst

Job description

As an analyst on the Financial Control team, you will learn our general ledger and upstream operating systems, support core controls across the business lifecycle, and contribute to month-end close activities. You’ll gain hands-on experience with MTD P&L and balance sheet reconciliations, substantiation, GLRS reporting and governance, inter-entity controls, manual journal entries to the GL, and close coordination. You will have the opportunity to train on firm systems, controls, and product/accounting fundamentals, gain experience supporting critical close and control processes with visibility across the business and develop a foundation for career growth within Financial Control and broader finance roles.
