Summary: Brunetti Oro is currently seeking an experienced, qualified and passionate Commis Chef to join the dynamic culinary team at our flagship Flinders Lane venue. If you are passionate about Italian cuisine, have significant experience in the delivery of traditional and modern Italian dishes, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment this is the role for you. About the role: The Commis Chef is responsible for assisting the Flinders Lane Kitchen Team in the preparation and production of all menu items as designated within the department. The Commis Chef will play a role in the daily operation of the Flinders Lane Kitchen, demonstrating knowledge and expertise in traditional, and modern Italian cuisine, and the ability to work confidently and autonomously to deliver a premium product and service.
