Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary: Join WashU’s brand-new, state-of-the-art fluoroscopy suite in Sunset Hills -a one-of-a-kind opportunity to define the future of musculoskeletal (MSK) procedural imaging. You’ll lead the PM&R (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) Spine & Joint Injection Suite, combining advanced fluoroscopy and C-arm expertise with strategic team leadership to deliver exceptional patient care and procedural efficiency. Leads daily operations of the PM&R Spine and Joint Injection Suite, ensuring efficient and effective procedural workflows. Performs advanced fluoroscopy procedures and provides direct support for musculoskeletal imaging services. Manages and trains technologists, oversees staff competency and performance, and ensures adherence to established clinical protocols. Responsibilities include oversight of equipment performance and maintenance, troubleshooting imaging issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures. Accountable for maintaining operational efficiency, supporting staff development, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality fluoroscopic imaging services.
