Purpose: This position is responsible to plan, develop, deliver and evaluate technical training programs to ensure compliance with the Company's policies and procedures, as well as current and future regulatory codes. The role also has responsibility for oversight and management of the Operator Qualification Plan. Support of the Emergency Plan, Business Continuity Plan, O&M Plan (Manual) and Integrity Management Plans may also fall under the position's purview.
