Job Overview: TE Connectivity’s Distribution Management teams drive profitable growth and market expansion through strategic engagement with electronic distribution partners, customers, and regional sales organizations. This EMEA ICT Regional Distribution Leader is responsible for leading the EMEA distribution strategy to accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen TE ICT’s competitive position across the Distribution network. This role leads a team of Channel Sales Managers and serves as a key commercial partner across regional sales leadership, the ICT business unit, channel business unit, ICT operations, and distributor leadership. Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional and channel owned distributor go-to-market strategies focused on ICT product, driving demand creation, optimizing distributor performance, and positioning TE ICT technologies and solutions for long-term growth.
