Specialist Family Violence Practitioners - Crisis and Case Management

Job description

We are seeking a number of Specialist Family Violence Practitioners within our Crisis and Case Management Services! These roles are at SCHADS Level 5.1-5.3 ($103,799 - $108,502) pro rata, plus 12% superannuation and up to $15,990 salary packaging. These roles are available full-time or part-time (0.9 FTE). About the role: As a Specialist Family Violence Practitioner, you will be responsible for the delivery of family violence case management support to victim survivors (including children) of family violence. You will develop case plans that address victim survivor risk and the impact that family violence has had on their lives. The Practitioner is required to work within a trauma-informed practice environment and will think creatively about how to increase the safety of victim survivors (including children), ensuring their support needs are met.
