POSITION PURPOSE: To assist Operations Department in the day-to-day management of operational aspects of Southwest Equity Partners. The Assistant Director is responsible for assisting with vendor management, staff recruiting, property onboarding, training, Appfolio/software integrations, HR/Payroll and various projects as assigned.
