Position Title: Assistant Swim Coach Company: Gold's Gym PNW – Gold’s Aquatics Club Position Type: Part-Time Job Summary Gold's Aquatics Club is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as a Swim Coach. As a Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. You will provide guidance, instruction, and support to athletes while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. Qualifications Coaching Experience: 1-3 years previous coaching experience with a proven track record of success in developing swimmers at various levels. Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of swimming techniques, training principles, and competitive strategies. Bold Leadership: Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire athletes. Collaboration: Excellent communication, oral and written, and interpersonal skills, with a heavy emphasis on listening. Certification: Current certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, AED and First Aid, and USA Swimming (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
