Overview Title: Field Supervisor: LOCATION: Various construction site locations in Arizona and surrounding area. JOB SUMMARY: The field supervisor is responsible to communicate instructions, set expectations and supervise the construction crews. They organize, plan, schedule, and delegate work, labor, and equipment. DUTIES: Supervise the specific scopes of work on construction projects including: the management of crews, subcontractors, and materials delivery.Assist in the organization, planning, scheduling, and delegation of work, labor, and equipment.Communicate needs for: man-power, material quantities, and equipment.Review, understand, and adhere to all union contracts.Supervise craft workers assigned to you.Complete craft time cards to accurately reflect hours worked.Coordinate clean-up after project completion.Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.Maintain an insurable driving record. QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) combined with a minimum of 5 year's construction experience required.
