ICLA is looking for an experienced and qualified Residential Care Officer to work in our Marrickville property. This position will be responsible for: - Well established Not For Profit organisation - Salary packaging benefits - Full Time Permanent role based in Marrickville - Providing direct support and assistance (including personal care, meal preparation and medication management) to our residents who hold complex mental health and psychosocial disabilities. - Implementing individual care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams, supporting residents to develop life skills and achieve personal goals. - Facilitating social and recreational activities to promote engagement and community integration. - Associated administration, documentation, reporting and compliance requirements.
