SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing the management of daily network transportation operations activity. Ensure timely transportation, adequate capacity, and optimal transportation costs to facilitate assured supply objectives. Drive process/performance improvement by assisting in the tracking of carrier/lane level performance through KPI report reviews, assisting in carrier management, team issue management and resolution, supervisory support and guidance, and relationship building.
