Job Description: The Director, Digital Finance leads the digital transformation agenda for the Finance function across Mars Snacking North America (MSNA). This role is accountable for defining and executing the North America Finance digital roadmap, ensuring scalable, standardized, and insight‑driven Finance capabilities across commercial, supply, and corporate Finance domains. The role serves as a strategic partner to the CFO and Finance Leadership Team, enabling improved decision‑making, efficiency, and financial control across a ~$15B business.
