Working Student Rewards, Data & Intelligence

Job description

We are currently looking for a working student to support our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice. As a working student you will assist the consultants on client assignments (e.g. conducting analysis, report writing), you will keep the team up-to-date on market trends & research, and you will be in charge of keeping our compensation databases up-to-date. The Business: The Work and Rewards team consists of 3 practices: Rewards Data and Intelligence (RDI), Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC). The success of a company is, to a large extent, dependent on the quality and performance of its employees. We help companies to translate their strategic objectives into an effective HR strategy, in which compensating, monitoring, and motivating the right people in the right way is a central theme.
