Business Analyst The Opportunity: As a Business Analyst, you’ll be a subject matter expert and program leader responsible for analyzing organizational needs, managing complex initiatives, and driving significant improvements across the enterprise. This role blends hands-on analytical and staff support functions with strategic leadership to enhance business processes, ensure compliance, and guide programs within a spe cia lized domain. Operating with increasing autonomy, you will handle tasks ranging from assisting with policies and IT audit support to leading major process re-engineering projects. You'll utilize deep expertise to manage projects, advise leadership, mentor team members, and ensure the successful alignment of programs with strategic objectives.
