The Head Baseball Coach will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence both on and off the field, promoting academic success, athletic achievement, and personal development among our student athletes. Key Responsibilities: Coaching and Training: - Develop and implement comprehensive training programs designed to enhance the skills, techniques, and strategies of student-athletes. Provide instruction in all aspects of the game, including hitting, pitching, fielding, and base running. Conduct regular practice sessions, individualized training sessions, and team meetings to optimize performance.
