Job Title: Structural Superintendent – Data Center Location: Boyce, LA: Job Summary: The Structural Superintendent is responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing all structural field operations for a hyperscale data center project. This includes managing structural steel erection, concrete foundations, tilt panels, precast elements, embeds, anchor systems, and all associated superstructure activities. Working closely with project management, engineers, and trade partners, the Structural Superintendent ensures that safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met while maintaining the precision and speed required for mission-critical data center construction. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to mentor junior team members in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
