Your Impact: The Manager, ProServices, will support installation process improvement efforts, maintain close coordination with ongoing initiatives and projects on behalf of the Services team, and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders. The Manager, ProServices, will research, track, and inform on projects/initiatives they are supporting. The Manager, ProServices will also assist in executional activities, resolving production issues, and act as a project resource for upcoming initiatives. What You Will Do: - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product management, and technology teams to identify program and process improvements that will enhance and add value to the overall processes associated with the Services model. - Resolves daily support issues that are technical in nature, which have been escalated to them from Services leadership or the Tech Help Desk...
