About the job: As a Quality Engineer II , you will take ownership of key quality control processes, including audits, fall-out management, and ISO compliance, to ensure products and practices meet company and industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, implement improvements, and support continuous compliance with ISO requirements. This hands-on role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will report directly to the Quality Manager. You will: - Review and approve Product and Processes Corrective and Prevention Action Plans. - Assess and evaluate all reliability testing, equipment service and calibration and the verification process. - Perform failure analyses, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up. - Execute internal audits on QMS, EMS, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. - Coordinate UL (Underwriter’s Laboratory) and other regulatory factory audits. - Conduct r...
