Internship description: Support the Innovation team in identifying , developing, and validating new growth opportunities across the portfolio. The role focuses on turning consumer and market insights into innovation concepts and supporting their development and testing. What will you do during the internship? Support identification of new growth opportunities (consumer needs, trends, white spaces) Assist in development of innovation concepts and propositions Coordinate and support concept testing and consumer validation Analyse results from innovation tests and translate into clear recommendations Contribute to innovation pipeline and portfolio strategy discussions Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, insights, and commercial teams Internship dura...
