This role provides technical leadership to maintenance teams, partners with operations to drive continuous improvement, and uses data-driven analysis to identify root causes and optimize asset reliability. The Reliability Engineer serves as a subject-matter expert in preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance practices across the facility.
