Cross‑Functional Collaboration - Drive sales, profitability and KPI performance (turnover, conversion, margin, stock levels). - Analyse store performance reports and implement corrective actions where needed. - Ensure cost control and effective P&L management. - Ensure consistent implementation of retail policies, procedures and brand standards. - Oversee store operations, opening hours, staffing plans and operational compliance. - Coordinate and support new store openings, refits and relocations. - Partner with Central Retail Operations team to execute campaigns in-store. - Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and leadership teams. - Drive recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning. - Conduct performance reviews, set objectives and support capability development. - Foster a positive, high‑performance and customer‑centric culture. - Ensure excellent customer service standards across all stores. - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements. - Work closely with HR, Finance, Central Retail Operations. - Ensure effective comm...
