Qualifications: Education/Experience: - Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils - Sweep and mop kitchen and Volunteer areas. - Operate, maintain and dismantle dish machine and ensure that the proper amounts of chemicals are being utilized and proper temperatures being maintained at all times - Must wash and sanitize all glassware, plates, meal trays, pots, inserts, utensils, service ware, etc. and restock in proper places - Must maintain all floors, walls, freezers, walk-ins and kitchen equipment, keeping them dry and free of debris - Responsible for removal and disposal of trash and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of garbage cans - Assist with food preparation - Serve meals to clients in a professional and polite manner when needed. - Identify, stock, store and rotate food properly using FIFO system - Maintain work areas in a clean, sanitary, and well organized manner - Must be able to comprehend and execute operating, safety and cleaning instructions of all kitchen equipment - Behave and communicate in a professional manner with supervisors, co-workers, staff, volunteers, and clients - TB test and police clearance required - Must be literate (as mixing of chemica...
