Shape the Bank's risk agenda at the highest level Lead through influence across the Organisation Drive system, governance and capability uplift Fixed Term Contract - 5 Years About the business/role/team: This is a senior leadership role at the centre of the Bank's Enterprise Risk function, sitting within Line 2 and reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Risk. As Senior Manager, Risk Insights and Governance you will turn complex, bank-wide risk data into clear, outcomes focused insight that drives decision making at the most senior levels. You will be responsible for developing the Bank’s core risk reporting outputs, including the Chief Risk Officer report and the Enterprise risk view presented to senior executive and Board committees. These outputs shape how risk is understood, challenged and managed across the Bank. You will also act as Business System Owner for the Bank’s enterprise risk management platform, setting its strategic direction and ensuring it supports high‑quality risk insight, reporting and decision‑making.
