Inventory Compliance Supervisor

Job description

This is how you WOW: Core Responsibilities Compliance & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular compliance audits of inbound and outbound processes and records finding with documentation. Audit employee adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and material handling. Ensure constant audit readiness and process adherence throughout the facility. Damage Management: Own the entire damaged inventory lifecycle: identification, segregation, documentation, disposition (repair, salvage, donate, scrap, or return). Maintain accurate damaged goods records and calculate monthly/quarterly damage rates and financial impact. Lead root-cause investigations for recurring damage issues (inbound handling, storage practices, carrier mishandling, packaging defects). Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and support the training of warehouse teams on SOPs. Foster a collaborative, results-driven culture that encourages continuous learning, knowledge retention, and employee growth.
