The Snowflake Pursuit team manages the development, negotiation, and closure of our most complex, long-cycle sales opportunities. As the Pursuits Program Manager, your primary mission is to operationalize and run the Pursuits Program. Under this role, you’ll be working in close partnership with our Sales organization and the members of the Pursuits team in the designing, building, operationalizing and running of our Pursuits Program. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to coordinate with senior leadership, and a proactive approach to program management. The Pursuits Program Manager will ensure the smooth execution of all program elements, facilitate collaboration and drive accountability across multiple functions and elevate the customer experience.
