As Global HR Product Owner, you’ll lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our organisational design product, OrgVue, driving its adoption across multiple workstreams and banners (B&Q, Screwfix Castorama Etc...). Acting as the bridge between HR, IT and vendors, you’ll ensure the platform meets business needs, delivers exceptional employee experiences, and unlocks powerful insights that directly support workforce and business strategy.
