Overview: Full-time, Continuing position Salary Level HEW 5 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working About You: The Prospective Student Officer is the first point of contact for prospective students that come into the Study@RMIT Centre and plays a critical role always representing RMIT in a professional manner encouraging prospective students to take advantage of what RMIT has to offer. As a member of the Study@RMIT Face to Face Team, they will participate in both inbound and outbound interactions with future students, engaging in needs-based meaningful conversations to help them bring their vision for their education future to life. You will be a subject matter expert on everything RMIT, proactively promoting tailor-made solutions and the benefits of studying at RMIT. The role will focus on Domestic students looking to study at RMIT University, with a strong focus on advising students about the application process and where appropriate helping students apply in the centre.
