Career Site Header Job Summary: Sales Representatives sell new, pre-owned, and brokered homes in a specified manufactured housing community. They show, advertise, and market the homes. They are also responsible to prepare home orders, and coordinate closings. Job Duties: - Shows prospective buyers new, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale in the community (Essential) - Coordinates model presentation (i.e. repairs, warranty work, cleaning, furniture) (Essential) - Coordinates and manages the Lease Purchase Program, including submitting service requests and following-up on repairs, leasing and follow-ups, renewals and LPP sale conversions (Essential) - Requests closing packages and performs closings (Essential) - Advertises and markets homes for sale in the resort/community (i.e. ads, flyers, mailers, banners, visits local employers, etc.) (Essential) - Collaborates with Sales Manager and/or appropriate manager to select sites for Sun Homes models.
